• Finish: - Outer of vessel 180 grit matt polished & inner would be 240 grit mirror polished.
• Geared motor: - Flameproof motor, imported worm gear box mounted on top of the vessel.
• Lid: - Round shape having a silicone gasket & lock stud/knob.
• Vent: - Mounted on top of the vessel by ‘U’ shape pipe.
• Agitator: - By paddle type impeller and shaft, coupled with geared motor.
• Inlet: - From top & ‘L’ shaped pipe connected with DIN union.
• Outlet: - From bottom by ‘J’ shaped pipe connected with butterfly valve.
• Legs, 3nos. pipe legs with S.S. 304/PU Caaster Wheels.
• Hydro test: - By water feel up.

Liquid level indicator: - By transferrent glass tube & volume measuring by S.S. scale & by needle flush valve.

Inlet: - From top & ‘L’ shaped pipe connected with DIN union.

Outlet: - From bottom by ‘J’ shaped pipe connected with butterfly valve.

Legs, 3nos. pipe legs with adjustable height by stud and base mounting. (+, - 20mm)

Caster wheels provided for 300 & 500ltrs vessel.

Hydro test: - By water feel up.

Salient Features :

• The alcohol holding vessel is designed as per standard horizontal mounting on the three heavy-duty legs with stud & lock nuts.
• Inner & outer will be argon welded legs, support, dishes
• Inner finish would be 180 grit mirrors & outer would be also 180 grit matt finish.
• Full S.S. 304 material will be used for shell cone(FUM moc :- S.S. 304L).
• Vent pipe, inlet pipe, lid with silicon gasket.
• Liquid level indicator with flush valve.
• Flameproof liquid level transmitter provided for level indicator in computer monitor.
• Nitrogen blanketing system for minimal evaporation.( As per plant requirements & ON order.)
• Pneumatically operated actuator for BF valve.
• Valve provided for automatic alcohol transfer in system.
• Silicon gasket for lid with lock pump.
• All joints welded by automatic argon system.
• All electronic parts used as per ‘safe Area’ requirements
