Salient Features :
- The alcohol holding vessel is designed as per standard horizontal mounting on the three heavy-duty legs with stud & lock nuts.
- Inner & outer will be argon welded legs, support, dishes
- Inner finish would be 180 grit mirrors & outer would be also 180 grit matt finish.
- Full S.S. 304 material will be used for shell cone(FUM moc :- S.S. 304L).
- Vent pipe, inlet pipe, lid with silicon gasket.
- Liquid level indicator with flush valve.
- Flameproof liquid level transmitter provided for level indicator in computer monitor.
- Nitrogen blanketing system for minimal evaporation.( As per plant requirements & ON order.)
- Pneumatically operated actuator for BF valve.
- Valve provided for automatic alcohol transfer in system.
