We hold expertise in providing 2 Head Filling & 2 Head Capping on Conveyors that are appreciated for their optimum quality, excellent performance and easy operations. For the perfect tightening of caps , these are provided with a mechanical clutch system. All contact parts of our range of 2 Head Filling & 2 Head Capping on Conveyors is manufactured using S.S 304 material S.S. top with water proof ply pressed of packing conveyor.

Other details of the product:

• S.S. top with in center running conveyor belt is provided.
• Operators would be sitting next to the conveyor table and opposite to each other
• Empty bottles would come on the table conveyor by the turn table or manually the bottles would be placed manually. T
• Operators, for the purpose of filling would insert the bottles into the filling heads
• Head would fill the bottle as per the preset level
• Head would stop filling when the preset level is filled
• Operators would take the filled bottles and keep them on the table conveyor
• Bottles would move forward on the conveyor belt
• Operator would place the cap brush on the bottle and slightly turn it, as the bottle reaches the capping station
• Operators sitting on either side would pick the bottle and tighten it by inserting it in the cap tightening head
• Head with taper & ‘VITON’ rubber will grip the cap and tighten it according to the required preset torque
• Bottle will be removed and the next are similarly tightened
• Each machine has two heads.
• Lays a mechanical clutch system which ensures the right amount of tightening and does not damage the cap

Reshama's  Rollon Filling Machine
(Suitable for Round Glass, Aluminum, Plastic, Rollon and Perfume Bottle)

Machine Operation :

Step I:- Place the empty glass bottle on the turn table, induction star wheel would automatically grab the bottle in its neck and would with induction and
would come under the filling nozzle, according to the pre-set volume of filling, the bottles would get filled (liquid with viscose as that of oil)

Step II:- Optional: - Vaccumetric Level filling (low viscose liquid, eg: - Alcohol based Perfume)

Step III & IV: - Area for placing the ball(s) on the filled bottle(s), manually.

Step V: - The ball would be pushed in by the pneumatic cylinder when it comes under it.

Step VI & VII: - Area for placing cap(s) on the bottle(s), manually.

Step VIII: - Automatic cap tightening by pre-set torque by pneumatically operated motor.

Step IX: - The final product bottle reaches the turn table after the completion of all the above steps, successfully.

Automatic bottle feeding, volumetric or vacuumetric filling, ball pressing & cap tightening by pneumatic system and ‘ready’ bottle(s) collection on the same turn table.
